Common Issues and Solutions
Problem: Unable to Connect Wallet
Description: Users might face issues connecting their Solana wallet to the JSOHO Network platform.
Solutions:
Check Wallet Compatibility: Ensure that you are using a Solana-compatible wallet such as Phantom, Solflare, or Sollet. Verify that your wallet is up-to-date.
Verify Network Settings: Make sure your wallet is set to the Solana mainnet and not a testnet or other network.
Browser Issues: Try using a different browser or clearing your current browser’s cache and cookies. Ensure that your browser extensions are not blocking the wallet connection.
Update Wallet Extension: Ensure that your wallet extension is updated to the latest version. Outdated extensions can cause connection issues.
Problem: Transaction Stuck or Pending
Description: Transactions may get stuck or remain pending for an extended period.
Solutions:
Check Network Status: Verify the status of the Solana network. High network congestion can delay transactions. Check Solana network status on Solana Explorer for real-time information.
Increase Transaction Fee: If the transaction fee is too low, it may not be processed promptly. Increase the transaction fee and try resubmitting the transaction.
Confirm Transaction Details: Ensure that all transaction details (such as address and amount) are correct before resubmitting.
Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try to resubmit the transaction.
Issue: Incorrect APY Rates Displayed
Description: The APY rates shown on the platform do not match the expected values.
Solutions:
Refresh Data: APY rates are updated in real-time. Refresh your dashboard or the page to ensure you are viewing the most recent rates.
Check Market Conditions: APY rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Review market conditions and supply/borrow ratios that may affect the rates.
Verify Account Settings: Ensure that you have selected the correct asset and pool to view the corresponding APY rate.
Error: Unable to Supply or Borrow Assets
Description: Users may encounter errors when attempting to supply or borrow assets.
Solutions:
Check Collateral Requirements: Ensure that you meet the minimum collateral requirements for borrowing. Insufficient collateral can prevent transactions.
Verify Asset Availability: Confirm that the asset you are trying to supply or borrow is available in the pool. If the asset is not listed, it may not be eligible for transactions.
Review Account Limits: Check if you have reached any account limits or borrowing caps. Adjust your position or contact support if you encounter limits.
Issue: 2FA Not Working
Description: Users may experience issues with two-factor authentication (2FA) not functioning correctly.
Solutions:
Check 2FA Setup: Ensure that 2FA is properly set up on your account. Verify that you have followed all setup instructions accurately.
Synchronize Time: If using an authenticator app, ensure that your device’s time is synchronized correctly. Time discrepancies can cause authentication failures.
Recover 2FA Access: If you lose access to your 2FA device, use the backup codes provided during setup to recover your account. Contact support if additional help is needed.
